Returning an Item

If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and for whatever reason you are not satisfied with it, simply return the item unused and in it's original packaging and we will arrange a refund for the cost of the goods. Return the package via a recorded mail service to the address below along with a copy of the invoice and a cover note explaining the reason for the return. Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are signed for at our depot.
